The Eastern Musketeers baseball team (Pekin, IN), was overwhelmed 13-1 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Austin Eagles (Austin, IN)
The Eagles now hold a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwestern for a non-league outing on Friday, April 29. Austin will confront a Rebels team coming off a 6-0 league win over Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Rebels record now stands at 9-3.
Next, the Musketeers confront the Corydon Central Panthers (Corydon, IN) in a Mid-Southern outing, on Monday, May 2. Eastern will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 9-6 record after their 16-2 non-league win over Crawford County (Marengo, IN).
