The Killingly Redmen baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Wheeler Lions to 1 in the Redmen non-league victory on Thursday.
The Redmen (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Putnam (Putnam, CT). The Clippers go into the non-league match with a 2-8 record.
The Lions (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Tourtellotte (North Grosvenordale, CT). The Tigers go into the Eastern Connecticut - Division IV match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Tourtellotte tipped St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT), 5-1, in a league match.
