The Northside Mustangs topped the visiting Elmwood Park Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schurz for a Chicago Public Red - North test on Friday, April 29. Northside will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to North Grand (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.

The Tigers (4-12) will now prepare for their test against St. Edward (Elgin, IL). The Green Wave enter the Metro Suburban test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, St. Edward was knocked off by Streamwood (Streamwood, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
