Mullen Mustangs (Denver, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO), 10-8 in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now have a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cheyenne Mountain for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 30. Mullen will clash with a Red-Tailed Hawks squad coming off a 13-4 league loss to Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks record now stands at 6-6.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO) in a 4A East battle, on Tuesday, May 3. Heritage will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Raptors come into the battle with a 4-7 record after their 6-5 league loss to St. Mary's Academy (Englewood, CO).
