Mount St. Mary Academy Lions (Watchung, NJ) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ), 13-10 in a non-league battle.
The Lions now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Red Bank Catholic for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 30.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ) in a Freelance battle, on Saturday, April 30. Montgomery will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 17-4 league win over Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ).
