Virginia High School Soccer - West Potomac overwhelmed by Fairfax

The Fairfax Lions smashed the host West Potomac Wolverines soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Thursday's league match.

The Lions now sport a 11-0 record. They play next when they host Robinson for a Patriot match on Tuesday, May 3. Fairfax will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to South County (Lorton, VA). The Rams record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, West Potomac drops to 1-4 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to encounter the Titans in a Patriot match on Tuesday, May 3. The Titans come into the match with a record of 2-5. Alexandria City lost 3-2 in their recent league match against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)
