The Mountain View Mountain Lions soccer team scored 4 points and limited the visiting Severance Silver Knights to 0 in the Mountain Lions league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Mountain Lions face the Thompson Valley Eagles (Loveland, CO) in a 4A/3A Longs Peak contest, on Saturday, April 30. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 10-1 record after their 10-0 league win over Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO).

The Silver Knights now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Berthoud for a 4A/3A Longs Peak contest on Tuesday, May 3. Severance will face a Spartans team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Skyview (Thornton, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 1-12.
