The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pope Francis Cardinals (Chicopee, MA) and the host Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes (Amherst, MA), saw Pope Francis's lacrosse team achieve victory over Amherst-Pelham Regional by a margin of 8-4.
The Cardinals (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Westfield (Westfield, MA). The Bombers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.
