The West Geauga Wolverines lacrosse team scored 5 points and held the host Chardon Hilltoppers to 3 in the Wolverines league win on Thursday.
The Wolverines (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Orange (Pepper Pike, OH). The Lions go into the Region 6 match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Orange was nudged by St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, OH), 15-3, in a non-league match.
The Hilltoppers (2-8) will now prepare for their match against Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Cardinals go into the non-league match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Mentor was nudged by Solon (Solon, OH), 10-4, in a league match.
