The Tri-Valley Scotties softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host New Lexington Panthers to 7 in the Scotties league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Tri-Valley moves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Scotties host Crooksville (Crooksville, OH) to clash with the Ceramics in a Muskingum Valley game on Friday, April 29. The Ceramics come into the game with a record of 7-2. Crooksville won 7-2 in their recent league game against River View (Warsaw, OH)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Logan Chieftains (Logan, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 30. New Lexington will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Chieftains come into the game with a 7-6 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Athens (The Plains, OH).
