The Wellesley Raiders baseball team (Wellesley, MA), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Weston Wildcats (Weston, MA)
The Wildcats now hold a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Acton-Boxborough for a Dual County outing on Monday, May 1. Weston will confront a Colonials team coming off a 7-6 league win over Wayland (Wayland, MA). The Colonials record now stands at 4-4.
Next, the Raiders confront the Natick Redhawks (Natick, MA) in a Bay State - Herget outing, on Monday, May 1. Wellesley will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Redhawks go into the outing with a 7-1 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA).
