Connecticut High School Volleyball - Capital Prep overwhelmed by Putnam

In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Putnam Clippers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Capital Prep Trailblazers.
The Clippers (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Rockville (Vernon, CT). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Rockville lost by Wolcott RVT (Torrington, CT), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Trailblazers clash with the Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy Phoenix (Hartford, CT) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 1. Capital Prep will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Phoenix come into the battle with a 3-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT).
