The Hinsdale Central Red Devils held off the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Red Devils now have a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league test on Friday, April 28. Hinsdale Central will confront a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 league win over Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 19-4.

The Knights (7-18) will now prepare for their test against West Aurora (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks enter the non-league test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, West Aurora was nudged by Evanston (Evanston, IL), 2-1, in a non-league test.
