In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Rogers Vikings lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Cranston East Thunderbolts.
The Vikings now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Providence Country Day for a non-league test on Saturday, April 29. Rogers will face a Knights squad coming off a 19-6 non-league loss to Westerly (Westerly, RI). The Knights record now stands at 0-5.
In their next game, the Thunderbolts face the Narragansett Mariners (Narragansett, RI) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 1. Cranston East will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Mariners come into the test with a 6-0 record after their 17-10 non-league win over Westerly (Westerly, RI).
