In Friday's league test, the host Wells Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 victory over the Waynflete Flyers.
The Warriors now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gray-New Gloucester for a non-league test on Monday, May 1. Wells will face a Patriots squad coming off a 15-2 league loss to York (York, ME). The Patriots record now stands at 0-3.
In their next game, the Flyers face the Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 1. Waynflete will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Clippers come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME).
