In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Timnath Cubs soccer squad scored a close 4-3 triumph over the Greeley Central Wildcats.
The Cubs (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Fort Morgan was nudged by Eagle Ridge Academy (Brighton, CO), 6-4, in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Tigers come into the 4A/5A/3A Northern Colorado battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Holy Family was nudged by Lutheran (Parker, CO), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
