Franklin Bulldogs (Rochester, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Young Women's College Prep Griffins (Rochester, NY), 20-10 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilson Magnet for a Class A challenge on Tuesday, May 2.

With the loss, Young Women's College Prep falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Griffins travel to Northstar Christian Academy (Rochester, NY) to face the Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 3-3.
