The Warren Township Blue Devils softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Grayslake North Knights to 2 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Warren Township improves its record to 14-5 on the year. The Blue Devils host Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to clash with the Griffins in a non-league game on Saturday, April 29. The Griffins come into the game with a record of 15-4. Lincoln-Way East won 16-5 in their recent league game against Sandburg (Orland Park, IL)

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL) in a Northern Lake County game, on Monday, May 1. Grayslake North will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 4-16 record after their 19-5 non-league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL).
