Maine High School Softball - Mt. Ararat falls to Skowhegan

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Skowhegan River Hawks softball team scored a nice 8-0 win over the Mt. Ararat Eagles.
Coming up next, the River Hawks encounter the Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) in a Class A North outing, on Monday, May 1. Skowhegan will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Red Eddies enter the outing with a 2-3 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Gardiner (Gardiner, ME).
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their outing against Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME). The Vikings enter the Class A North outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Oxford Hills ran past Hampden (Hampden, ME), 7-5, in a league outing.
