The Wolverines now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodland Regional for a Naugatuck Valley - Brass challenge on Monday, May 1. Oxford will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT). The Hawks record now stands at 12-0.

With the loss, Waterbury Career Academy falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Spartans host Crosby (Waterbury, CT) to battle the Bulldogs in a Naugatuck Valley - Brass challenge on Friday, April 28. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 4-8. Crosby lost 11-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Terryville (Terryville, CT)
