In Sunday's non-league outing, the host Hancock County Hornets softball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Bracken County Polar Bears.
Coming up next, the Hornets encounter the Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers (Harned, KY) in a District 11 outing, on Monday, April 29. Hancock County will attempt to upgrade on its 14-7 season record. The Fighting Tigers enter the outing with a 4-12 record after their 19-8 non-league loss to Owensboro (Owensboro, KY).
