The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Albany Cougars (Albany, CA) and the host Terra Linda Trojans (San Rafael, CA), saw Albany's baseball team beat Terra Linda by a margin of 5-3.

The Cougars (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Gauchos enter the Tri-County - Rock battle with a 15-7 record. In their last battle, El Cerrito held off Saint Mary's (Albany, CA), 8-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Trojans face the Branson Bulls (Ross, CA) in a Marin County battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Terra Linda will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Bulls enter the battle with a 7-11 record after their 10-0 non-league win over The Bay School (San Francisco, CA).
