With the triumph, Auburn moves its record to 14-1 on the season. The Eagles host Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA) to confront the Pioneers in a Mountain Empire contest on Tuesday, April 29. The Pioneers come into the contest with a record of 10-1. Fort Chiswell won 11-1 in their recent league contest against Grayson County (Independence, VA)

The Green Waves now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Montgomery for a Pioneer contest on Thursday, May 1. Narrows will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 11-6 league loss to Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-3.
