The Boyd County Lions nipped the visiting East Carter Raiders baseball squad by a score of 5-4 in Monday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Lions battle the Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY) in a District 64 outing, on Tuesday, April 29. Boyd County will attempt to advance on its 18-3 season record. The Tomcats come into the outing with a 7-13 record after their 12-3 non-league win over East Carter (Grayson, KY).
