In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Burlington Christian Academy Royals baseball team scored a nice 12-1 win over the Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion.
The Royals (20-1) will now prepare for their game against Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Thales Academy Rolesville knocked off Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC), 6-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Lion play the Greensboro Day School Bengals (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 1. Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Bengals go into the game with a 9-9 record after their 11-0 league loss to Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC).
