The Dodgeville Dodgers baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Mineral Point Pointers to 10 in the Dodgers non-league win on Monday.
The Dodgers now own a 10-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie du Chien for a SWC test on Thursday, May 1. Dodgeville will clash with a Blackhawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Luther (Onalaska, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 4-5.
With the defeat, Mineral Point drops to 6-5 on the year. The Pointers travel to Fennimore (Fennimore, WI) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a SWAL test on Tuesday, April 29. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 6-0. Fennimore won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against River Valley (Spring Green, WI)
