Ohio High School Baseball - Elgin wallops Upper Scioto Valley

The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Elgin Comets (Marion, OH) and the visiting Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH), saw Elgin's baseball team gain a win over Upper Scioto Valley by a tally of 12-2.

The Comets (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Perry (Lima, OH). The Commodores enter the Northwest Central battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Perry prevailed over Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH), 6-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Rams face the Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) in a Northwest Central battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Upper Scioto Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Polar Bears enter the battle with a 12-2 record after their 16-5 league win over Temple Christian (Lima, OH).
