The Fieldcrest Knights (Minonk, IL) baseball trounced the host Fisher Bunnies (Fisher, IL), 13-2 in Monday's league challenge.

The Knights now own a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they host Eureka for a Heart of Illinois challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Fieldcrest will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 league win over Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 21-2.

With the defeat, Fisher drops to 1-15 on the year. The Bunnies host Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL) to clash with the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Broncos go into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Cerro Gordo/Bement lost 12-6 in their recent league challenge against Sullivan (Sullivan, IL)
