North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT), 7-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, North Branford advances its record to 9-1 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT) to battle the Blue Devils in a Shoreline - Large match on Wednesday, April 30. The Blue Devils come into the match with a record of 8-3.
The Noises now have a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Hampton for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 29. Hale Ray will battle a Bellringers squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Portland (Portland, CT). The Bellringers record now stands at 4-5.
