In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Hiland Hawks baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Lexington Minutemen.
The Hawks (13-0) will now prepare for their game against Waynedale (Apple Creek, OH). The Golden Bears enter the non-league game with a 10-0 record. In their last game, Waynedale defeated Buckeye (Medina, OH), 5-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Minutemen face the Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH) in a Ohio Cardinal game, on Tuesday, April 29. Lexington will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Arrows enter the game with a 8-6 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Ross (Fremont, OH).
