The Southampton Indians baseball team scored 30 runs and held the host John Marshall Justices to 0 in the Indians non-league win on Monday.

The Indians now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lunenburg Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. Southampton will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Amelia County (Amelia Court House, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 6-1.

With the defeat, John Marshall drops to 4-8 on the year. The Justices host Thomas Jefferson (Richmond, VA) to clash with the Vikings in a Colonial test on Thursday, May 1. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 6-4. Thomas Jefferson lost 15-1 in their recent league test against Hermitage (Richmond, VA)
