The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Shorewood Stormrays (Shoreline, WA) and the visiting Monroe Bearcats (Monroe, WA), saw Shorewood's baseball team gain a win over Monroe by a tally of 9-3.

The Stormrays (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Edmonds-Woodway (Edmonds, WA). The Warriors enter the 2A/3A Wesco battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, Edmonds-Woodway held off Lynnwood (Bothell, WA), 10-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Bearcats face the Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco battle, on Wednesday, April 30. Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 15-3 record after their 10-2 league win over Archbishop Murphy (Everett, WA).
