Illinois High School Baseball - Prairie Central loses to Paxton-Buckley-Loda

In Monday's league bout, the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers (Paxton, IL) baseball team routed the visiting Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL), by a count of 13-3.

The Panthers now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Armstrong for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. Paxton-Buckley-Loda will play a Trojans team coming off a 11-5 league win over Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman (Georgetown, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 10-4.

With the defeat, Prairie Central drops to 5-15 on the year. The Hawks travel to Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin (Bismarck, IL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 9-8. Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin won 7-3 in their recent league test against Iroquois West (Gilman, IL)
