The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the San Jacinto Leadership Academy Lions (San Jacinto, CA) and the host Sherman Indian Braves (Riverside, CA), saw San Jacinto Leadership Academy's baseball team gain a win over Sherman Indian by a tally of 15-1.
The Lions (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA). The Patriots enter the South Valley battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, Temecula Prep prevailed over Santa Rosa Academy (Menifee, CA), 10-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Braves face the United Christian Academy Eagles (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in a Arrowhead battle, on Thursday, May 1. Sherman Indian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 4-6 record after their 14-5 non-league loss to West Valley (Hemet, CA).
