The Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA) lacrosse routed the visiting Dennis-Yarmouth Regional Dolphins (South Yarmouth, MA), 17-5 in Monday's league outing.
The Whalers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Martha's Vineyard Regional for a non-league outing on Sunday, May 4.
With the loss, Dennis-Yarmouth Regional falls to 5-4 on the year. The Dolphins host St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA) to face the Lions in a South outing on Tuesday, April 29. The Lions go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
