The Grass Lake Warriors (Grass Lake, MI) baseball trounced the host Napoleon Pirates (Napoleon, MI), 25-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hanover-Horton for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. Grass Lake will clash with a Comets team coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Clinton (Clinton, MI). The Comets record now stands at 6-4.
With the defeat, Napoleon drops to 3-3 on the year. The Pirates host Northwest (Jackson, MI) to clash with the Mounties in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Mounties go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Northwest lost 20-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Norrix (Kalamazoo, MI)
