The Westfield Bombers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Holyoke Purple Knights to 0 in the Bombers non-league win on Monday.

The Bombers now hold a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Springfield for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30. Westfield will play a Terriers team coming off a 19-5 non-league loss to Taconic (Pittsfield, MA). The Terriers record now stands at 0-5.

With the defeat, Holyoke drops to 5-5 on the year. The Purple knights travel to Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA) to play the Colts in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30. The Colts go into the test with a record of 0-2.
