Fans at Monday's non-league test between the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) and the host Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), witnessed Ponderosa's lacrosse squad overcome Douglas County by a count of 8-1.

The Mustangs (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets enter the non-league test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Air Academy was overwhelmed by Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO), 4-2, in a non-league test.

Next, the Huskies battle the Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 30. Douglas County will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 9-3 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Conifer (Conifer, CO).
