Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) backers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Green Mountain Rams (Lakewood, CO), 11-9 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Battle Mountain improves its record to 5-7 on the season. The Huskies travel to Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO) to play the Demons in a 4A Western game on Thursday, May 1. The Demons come into the game with a record of 6-6. Glenwood Springs lost 13-5 in their recent league game against Vail Mountain (Vail, CO)

The Rams now have a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Golden for a 4A Foothills game on Wednesday, April 30. Green Mountain will play a Demons team coming off a 18-4 league loss to Evergreen (Evergreen, CO). The Demons record now stands at 8-5.
