Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Bishop Hendricken overwhelms Cumberland

In Monday's league contest, the visiting Bishop Hendricken Hawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-4 triumph over the Cumberland Clippers.
The Hawks (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pilgrim (Warwick, RI). The Patriots go into the Division 1 (State) contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Pilgrim was overwhelmed by Moses Brown (Providence, RI), 13-7, in a league contest.
Next, the Clippers meet the South Kingstown Rebels (Wakefield, RI) in a Division 1 (State) contest, on Thursday, May 1. Cumberland will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 9-8 league loss to North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI).
