In Monday's league match, the Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) lacrosse team triumphed over the visiting Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), by a tally of 15-6.

Next up, the Capitals confront the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) in a CAP 6 match, on Thursday, May 1. Broughton will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Crusaders enter the match with a 16-2 record after their 19-4 league win over Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC).
