The Fairmont Senior Polar Bears triumphed over the visiting John Marshall Monarchs lacrosse team by a tally of 16-7 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Polar Bears play the Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV) in a WVSLA -DI East game, on Wednesday, April 30. Fairmont Senior will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 5-4 record after their 9-6 league win over Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV).
The Monarchs (1-8) will now prepare for their game against John Glenn (New Concord, OH). The Little Muskies come into the non-league game with a 13-2 record. In their last game, John Glenn notched a victory over Buckeye Valley (Delaware, OH), 16-5, in a league game.
