Ohio High School Lacrosse - Oakwood overwhelms Franklin

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Oakwood Lumberjacks lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-10 triumph over the Franklin Wildcats.

The Lumberjacks (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Bellbrook held off Bexley (Columbus, OH), 9-5, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Monroe Hornets (Monroe, OH) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 1. Franklin will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 0-9 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Tippecanoe (Tipp City, OH).
