The Gates Chili Spartans lacrosse squad scored 11 points and limited the visiting School of the Arts Silverhawks to 9 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Monday.

The Spartans now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Spencerport for a Section 5 Monroe County II challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Gates Chili will clash with a Rangers squad coming off a 12-10 league loss to Irondequoit (Rochester, NY). The Rangers record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, School of the Arts falls to 1-1 on the year. The Silverhawks host Hilton (Hilton, NY) to clash with the Cadets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Cadets go into the challenge with a record of 4-1.
