Williamstown Braves (Williamstown, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Lower Cape May Tigers (Cape May, NJ), 11-8 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Williamstown advances its record to 6-4 on the season. The Braves travel to Paul VI (Haddonfield, NJ) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, May 1. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 1-6. Paul VI lost 17-9 in their recent non-league game against Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ)
The Tigers now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Spirit for a Cape Atlantic game on Wednesday, April 30. Lower Cape May will play a Spartans team coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 6-3.
