The Schaumburg Saxons lacrosse squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Wheeling Wildcats to 4 in the Saxons league triumph on Monday.

The Saxons now hold a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buffalo Grove for a Mid Suburban challenge on Thursday, May 1. Schaumburg will clash with a Bison squad coming off a 16-2 league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Bison record now stands at 2-10.

With the loss, Wheeling falls to 2-11 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL) to clash with the Caxys in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Caxys go into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Lake Forest Academy lost 14-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Carmel (Mundelein, IL)
