The Swansboro Pirates lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Varsity Opponent to 2 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Monday.
The Pirates now hold a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they host Croatan for a Coastal challenge on Tuesday, April 29. Swansboro will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Varsity Opponent falls to 13-39 on the year. The host Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO) to clash with the Cadets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Cadets go into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Christian Brothers won 17-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Vianney (Kirkwood, MO)
