The Uxbridge Spartans triumphed over the host Auburn Rockets softball squad by a count of 9-1 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Quaboag Regional Cougars (Warren, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 1. Uxbridge will attempt to upgrade on its 10-0 season record.

The Rockets (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bartlett (Webster, MA). The Indians enter the non-league challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Bartlett was routed by Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA), 12-0, in a non-league challenge.
