The Bard Early College Raptors triumphed over the visiting St. Martin de Porres Lions softball squad by a count of 17-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Raptors meet the John Marshall Lawyers (Cleveland, OH) in a Cleveland Senate Athletic challenge, on Tuesday, April 29. Bard Early College will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record. The Lawyers enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 16-13 league loss to Garrett Morgan (Cleveland, OH).
The Lions (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Euclid (Euclid, OH). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-14 record. In their last challenge, Euclid was routed by Brush (Lyndhurst, OH), 11-9, in a non-league challenge.
