South Carolina High School Softball - Laurens Academy can't get by Brashier Middle College Charter

The Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal edged the visiting Laurens Academy Crusaders softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bengal meet the High Point Academy Grizzlies (Spartanburg, SC) in a AA Region 1 challenge, on Wednesday, April 30. Brashier Middle College Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 8-7 league loss to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC).

The Crusaders (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenwood Christian (Greenwood, SC). The Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Greenwood Christian edged Laurens Academy (Laurens, SC), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
